A selection of feedback from participants, readers, and individual carers
C.B. (via LinkedIn):
Good evening Mr Siegfried, your article in the Handelszeitung of 25 January really resonated with me. I think it's great and about time to openly discuss and address these findings. My experience shows that this happens more often than is generally assumed. Best regards,
B.H. (via Facebook):
Hello Mr Siegfried. I hope you are well? I am beginning to understand your attitude and your book 100% and it is a very exciting topic. are you still working on it?
M.S (via LinkedIn):
These are special times. You look in vain for appreciation. One employee has already suffered mental exhaustion. I have already had to put up with threats of dismissal from XXX several times. What I have learnt is that the employee can turn success into the supervisor's performance report by lying. They like that. Using targeted lies to satisfy their need for information and to prioritise me. This is the only way I can fulfil my responsibilities without the necessary assigned competencies.
N.S. (feedback form):
The structure of the content and the information were very helpful and easy to understand. I was particularly impressed by the realisation that a ‘toxic customer’ was the decisive factor in the burnout I experienced. Today I understand how it came about.
